Coconut Cream Trifle

Ingredients

  • 1 white cake (homemade or from a cake mix)

  • 1 Jelly Packet

  • Fresh fruits

  • 1-2 tsp vanilla

For the coconut whipped cream

  • 2 cups coconut whipped cream

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp coconut extract

Beat the whipping cream & Sugar until stiff peaks form. Layer the cake, jelly whip cream & fruits. Repeat layers and chill in the refrigerator.
