Coconut Oil Granola

Granola is a beloved breakfast staple, and making it at home allows you to customize the ingredients to your liking. Here's a simple recipe for coconut oil granola


  • Rolled oats

  • Nuts and seeds of your choice (almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, etc.)

  • Dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots, etc.)

  • Coconut oil

  • Honey or maple syrup

  • Vanilla extract

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil and stir in honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Pour the coconut oil mixture over the dry ingredients and toss until evenly coated. Spread the mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
